By purchasing a ticket to this event, you (“Participant”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which form a binding legal agreement between you and the event organizers (“Host”).

1. All Sales Are Final

All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to illness, scheduling conflicts, dissatisfaction with the event, travel delays, or other personal circumstances.

2. Ticket Transfers

If you are unable to attend, your ticket may be transferred to another individual upon written notice to the Host at least 48 hours prior to the event. All transfers are subject to approval.

3. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to uphold adab (etiquette) and Islamic values throughout the event. Disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior towards staff, volunteers, or other participants may result in immediate removal from the event without refund and permanent exclusion from future events.

The Host reserves the right to remove any participant at any time, for any reason, in their sole discretion.

4. Confidentiality & Privacy

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of all personal stories, reflections, or sensitive information shared by others during the event. Sharing, recording, or publishing private discussions or workshop content without explicit written permission from the Host is strictly prohibited.

5. Media Release

By attending, you grant the Host permission to use your likeness in photos, video, or audio for documentation and promotional purposes in any medium, without compensation.

6. Content Ownership

All materials, teachings, recordings, handouts, frameworks, and processes shared during the event are the intellectual property of the Host. You may not copy, reproduce, teach, distribute, or adapt them without prior written permission.

7. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that participation in this event may include physical, emotional, and psychological activities. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for your well-being during and after the event.

You agree to release the Host and its representatives from any and all claims, liability, or damages that may arise in connection with your participation, including but not limited to injury, loss, emotional distress, or other harm.

8. Medical Disclaimer

This event is for educational and developmental purposes only. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment. If you are experiencing acute distress or require clinical care, you are advised to consult a licensed professional.

9. Force Majeure

The Host is not liable for cancellations or disruptions due to events beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, public health emergencies, travel restrictions, or venue issues. No refunds will be issued in such cases. Participants are encouraged to obtain travel insurance.

10. No Guarantee of Outcomes

The Host makes no guarantees about specific outcomes, personal transformation, business results, or success from attending this event. Your participation and effort are your responsibility.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in the state and county where the Host is headquartered. Class action waivers apply. Each party shall bear its own legal costs, unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator.
